Pet care experience
Hi there! I am a fifth year medical student who moved to Portland for school. Because of the demands of my studies, working a full time job is really challenging. Dog walking has been such a great experience for me, because i love to take myself out for a walk, to take a break from my studying, and would love to take your dog with me! I have grown up around animals and am a vegan and full time animal lover. I currently house sit and dog walk for a few furry friends, and would love to take your animal out too! I no longer have pets of my own, due to my schedule so I deeply enjoy spending time with other people's pets. I have had a family dog and many cats my whole life, and am very comfortable with all sized dogs! I have dog sat for a wide range of dogs, from high energy puppies, to full grown dogs, to senior dogs requiring medication and special diets.

This is the second time Sara has stayed at our house and watched our dog and again she provided amazing care. She paid attention to small details that were left about Akila's needs and provided updates throughout the stay. The house was exactly as I left it and I returned to a happy dog. I highly recommend Sara for any of your dog watching needs.
Sara did a great job watching our large dog at our house for a few days. Communication was easy and she sent photo updates throughout the stay. The house was left in perfect condition and came home to a happy dog! I'd definitely recommend Sara for future house sitting needs.
We were first timeers using this service so needless to say we were nervous. Both of our dogs are 13 years old and need a lot of special care and attention. Sara was amazing from the start. Sara gave our dogs the personal care they required. She made it very easy to enjoy our vacation knowing that our dogs were in good hands. We received plenty of pictures daily. Sara went above and beyond our expectations especially when she picked up our dogs medication that was prescribed last minute. She has proved to be gentle, caring and adaptable to our dogs needs. I would recommend Sara every time to anyone hesitant to use this service! Thank you Sara!!

I am really comfortable meeting dogs where they are, and taking my time to have your dog get to know me. I love all dogs, but have a very special place in my heart for chihuahuas and german shepherds.
A typical day
I love to take dogs to Mt. Tabor or Powell Butte. I also enjoy a park near by my house, where there is lots of grass for running and ball throwing.
