👋🏾 I’m Sara - a kind, patient, sensitive human who puts pets and parents at ease while they're apart. I provide a variety of services on the West End of Alameda and have been a dog mama for many years. Much of my experience is with rescues, small breeds like chihuahuas, and pups who are overtly sensitive and shy. 🥰

Sara is amazing! She is very kind, loving, thoughtful, and attentive. Ruffles is not an easy dog! He’s highly anxious and kind of a bully, so I appreciate that she is firm, consistent, and most of all - loving! - with him. Thank you for taking care of my baby while I was away! I have peace of mind knowing he’s in Sara’s care.
Our cat is not nice and is antisocial, yet seems to like Sara. I don’t understand it but I think it speaks to how good Sara is with pets!
Great as always! Our poor pup also recently had surgery and had to wear a cone/take medications, and she was super responsible and capable of managing his added needs. I always recommend others to work with Sara (and Koh and our pup’s best doggy friend Soba)!
Once again…Sara was amazing. Last minute change to our booking and she was able to make it work! Thanks for taking such good care of our boy Liko! 💕

A typical day
My dog Soba is usually with me and he gets along well with others. If you're open to your pup making new friends, I really enjoy walking dogs in a pack. Every walk is an adventure and a new chance to explore! For daycare and boarding, I have a nice selection of toys and puzzles and a cozy balcony where pets love to sunbathe! ☀️

I have availability to care for pets most days out of the month. I love working with animals and have the flexibility to structure my schedule around caring for them. Bookings with me typically include beachside walks, playtime, socializing, sunbathing, positive reinforcement, cuddles, and adventures! 🏝️
