I owned my own dog (jack russel) for 15 years. Got her when she was a puppy, took care of her while she was in heart failure and she died in my arms. I understand the companionship your animals bring to you. I joined Rover to be able to care for a variety of animals and be a form of support to their owners. In college I performed both front and back office duties at a Veterinary Hospital. I assisted during surgical procedures, vaccination and cared for animals who stayed over night.
