I hired her to watch my dogs while I went away for work. We had our meet and greet, and no once did she mention that she works the entire day. She asked if it would be ok for her to leave to run errands and what not, to which I replied “of course,” but I did not suspect that I was hiring somebody who wouldn’t actually watch my dogs all day. It’s simply not fair to my dogs. I cannot recommend her at all. It’s possible she’s ok as a dog walker? She should not be taking boarding bookings at all. Her work schedule just doesn’t permit it. I am so thankful for Rover’s amazing customer service for replacing her as soon as possible while I was away. Normally, I wouldn’t take the time to write something like this to hurt somebody’s professional career, but I do not want anybody to go through what I had to.

Sara is someone that I trust wholeheartedly with my fur-babies. She is sweet, patient, and loving to my cat and dog and has sat them three times in the last couple of months. She is very through with asking questions about food, walking and cuddles to make sure that my pets get what they need. She makes me feel very comfortable and I have no worries with her watching my animals.
