Pet care experience
I’ve had over 15 pets in my life and have a passion for all animals. Growing up, I’ve always had dogs both big and small. We’ve adopted most of them although recently my parents bought mini aussies. I have participated in taking my family dogs to dog training classes, and I can apply what I’ve learned from these experiences to watching your pets! I am comfortable with providing medication to both cats and dogs. As I have watched cats in the past with diabetes and have given them insulin shots. I have been responsible for giving dogs and cats oral medicine many times too.

Sara was amazing. We have two dogs (German Shepherd and Pitbull) and two house cats. We were gone for 3 days. She walked the dogs ever day and played fetch with them. The house was tidy and picked up when we got home. Overall I am pleased. Will definitely use her again when we go out of town.
She’s basically the dog whisperer. Thank you for loving and taking care of Ghost! Sara showed up ghost liked her vibes. Can’t wait to book her again.
Sara has watched my dog several times while I have been out of town and she always goes above and beyond. I love that she sends photos and takes my pup on lots of fun walks. I can tell she treats my Buddy like her own dog :)

I like to give your dogs lots of attention and try to spend as much time with them as possible. I work M-F 9-5 in office but will stay with your pups whenever I’m not at work. I like to go on early morning walks to beat the heat. Sometimes walking in the evening too if I feel the dogs need extra exercise. I love to play their favorite games and make them feel comfortable and safe while you’re away. I will provide regular updates and photos too so you can feel comfortable!

Please let us know about any special needs or restrictions your pet may have physically, or with food. Whatever needs or requirements you have for them, we can try to work with you. Before dropping them off, I like to have vet information and need to know medical information. I prefer to have an emergency contact name and number in case I can’t reach you as well. Food and eating schedule is essential and if there are allergies or food sensitivities. If you have a toy or item that would make them more comfortable feel free to bring that. I don’t have a crate but if you’d prefer to bring one I have room for that.
A typical day
I enjoy taking long walks on paved paths, trails, or at dog parks. In the late fall and winter (when it’s cool enough) we like to go hiking so we could take your dogs to do some adventures as well. Creating fun stimulating activities for dogs and cats and looking for ways to get out their energy in a fun non destructive ways, is a passion of mine.

Availability
Currently, I work a 9-5 shift. But I often come home for hour long lunch breaks. I have some flexibility and could spend more time at home if that feels better for the animals and me.
