Pet care experience
I’ve owned multiple dogs my whole life, from our current German Shepherd and Siberian Husky to the two pugs we adopted when I was in high school to the lovey dog we found as a kid that we named Scooby-Doo because he looked just like him. I’ve helped care for all of them from walks around the block to feeding time to going outside just for potty and play time. I’ve also helped out a few friends with their dogs since high school while they were away.

Sara was excellent! She truly wanted what was best for my pup Lucy and kept an eye out for her all day long. She is super nice, very responsive, and such a good doggy sitter. Sara is always gentle and patient with our poodle who is 7 years and walks gingerly because of hip displaysia. Sara has always baby talked him and taken time to talk with him while looking in his eyes so he knows she is connecting with him. Walter loves Sara!

If you are comfortable with your pets coming to my house I have two very friendly dogs who love play dates if your fur babies play well with others and a big back yard and a fenced in side yard for plenty of running around room or games of fetch. If I’m watching your dog(s) at your home I will follow whatever schedule you have for them on top of making time for play, walks and love so that they don’t feel neglected in any way while you are away. I also am more than comfortable with giving them baths if need be.

A typical day
Being a owner of a high energy dog I know that play time and exercise is very important when it comes to dog care giving. so a few things I like to do while caring for them is playing fetch with their favorite toy, going for walks around the block or go to a dog park near by. I also find it fun to play “tag”. My German shepherd loves to chase me around the yard to burn off more energy. If your fur baby doesn’t like any of these things then I’d be happy to find what they do enjoy the most and engage in that with them.

I’m currently a stay at home mom with a decently open schedule after my kids go to school in the morning and once my husband gets home from work during the week and am available during all hours of the weekend.
