I'm delighted to recommend Sam to any dog owners seeking a reliable, experienced professional who offers walking, boarding and training. We have used him for all three and our dog is always super happy and excited to see him. Sam has also helped us to make great progress with our dogs reactivity towards some other dogs and mopeds. He is devoted to dogs and really knows his stuff. Highly recommended.

Safety, trust & environment

Safety, Trust, and a Nurturing Environment: My Approach to Pet Care Safety First: Ensuring the safety of pets under my care is my top priority. In my home, I have taken steps to create a secure and pet-friendly environment. This includes pet-proofing all areas to prevent accidents, securing outdoor spaces, and keeping hazardous materials out of reach. When caring for pets in their own homes, I diligently follow all provided instructions and take extra precautions to maintain their safety and security, such as double-checking locks and gates. Building Trust: Trust is the foundation of my service. I believe in building a strong, transparent relationship with both pets and their owners. This starts with a meet-and-greet to ensure we're a good match and continues with regular updates and photos during the pet's stay or visits. I'm committed to being reliable, punctual, and communicative, ensuring pet owners can rest easy knowing their furry friends are in good hands. Creating a Positive Environment: Whether in my home or yours, I strive to create a warm, loving environment for pets. In my home, pets have access to comfortable resting areas, toys, and a safe outdoor space for play. I maintain a calm and welcoming atmosphere, allowing pets to feel at ease. When in a pet's home, I respect their space and routines to minimize stress, ensuring they feel secure and loved in their familiar environment. Adaptability to Individual Needs: Recognizing that each pet has unique needs, I tailor my approach to each individual. This includes accommodating dietary restrictions, exercise routines, and any special care instructions. I'm experienced in administering medication and catering to the specific needs of both young and senior pets, ensuring they receive the care and attention they deserve. Emergency Preparedness: Certified in pet first aid, I am equipped to handle any unexpected situations with calmness and efficiency. I always have a plan in place for emergencies, including quick access to the pet's vet information and local emergency services. Your Pet's Home Away from Home: My goal is to make pets feel like they're at a home away from home. I offer plenty of affection, playtime, and walks to keep them happy and engaged. For pets staying in their own home, I ensure their routine is maintained, making my visits something they look forward to.
