Pet care experience
I have owned dogs from a very young age and have always wanted to work with them. I have a dog of my own who was a lockdown puppy and I was able to successfully train her and social her despite the restrictions. I am able to train puppies, mind older dogs and I am confident with any size of dog. This is also due to working for a local dog hotel. I am also an ex nurse and will be looking into courses for dog behaviour, first aid and grooming. I am very passionate about animals and I look forward in minding your dog.

I have a fenced back garden. When walking, I always have a slip lead as well as a lead for extra protection. I use positive reinforcement for my dogs and try to keep a calm environment in the house.

A typical day
My pets enjoy having their food scattered around the garden so they have to find their food. We also love having a good walk either in the park or on the beach. I am constantly training my dog using games and positive reinforcement to help teach him.

Availability
I am currently working on a zero hour contract as well as the occasional shifts at the dog hotel I work in, most of the time I am available at weekends with the occasional week days. I’m extremely flexible and will happily work around any schedule if needed.
