I am an animal lover who would be honored to spoil your fur baby, I have had dogs all of my life and can't imagine a life without animals. Some may say I'm a little crazy, but I truly feel like my dog is one of the family, I take him everywhere I can, and I hate to be away from him. Luckily I work from home so I don't have to leave him very often! Since I'm home during the days, your baby will never be left alone on week days. We also go on 2-3 walks a day, weather permitting. I do have a medium size doggy door and pet run on the side of the house if your dog is used to using one. We don't typically use it since I'm usually home and my boy just goes out the patio door to the back yard. I remember the first time I had to drop off my first dog at a kennel for an over night stay and it was terrible! I cried all the way home, so I understand the dilemma in finding a place for your baby while you are away. I hope that through services like this, no one has to feel the way I did that day and that pet parents can go on vacation or attend to personal matters without the stress of worrying about their babies. I've had my current pup since he was 8 weeks old. I was volunteering with a local rescue and fostered him and 3 of his siblings. When it came time to give them up, I just couldn't let him go. I'm a foster fail! He's been absolutely wonderful- a playful pup but also very calm in our down time. He loves other dogs and would love to have some friends to run around the yard with. We live in a 1500 square foot home with a decent size fenced in back yard. I can ensure you that I will spoil your dog and treat them like part of the family.
