For the past 15 years I have had a dog or 2 or 3 in my life. Starting with Buddy, German shepherd, Mar 2003 – Oct 2012, Kingston, Rottweiler Blue healer cross, Nov 2005 – Oct 2017 and Jack, German shepherd, Nov 2009 – Sept 2018. My newest friend is Willie Mar 4, 2019 German Shepherd. Walking is something I need to do and not having a leash in my hands doesn’t feel natural. So I have brought Willie into my home. I have retired but I still work the occasional short shift when I can. Long or short walks, on or off leash and almost any temperature. I am flexible with what time I go as well. I do admit I miss my evening (4 legged escorted) walks the most.
