Pet care experience
Taking care of your pet is now my full time job. I have recently moved to Vancouver. I have two adult children and a fabulous husband and a 11 year old Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier. All of whom, I love dearly. My daughter has a Doberman and my niece has a English and a French bulldog. I’m familiar with the temperament and have been exposed to many breeds of dogs. I have used pet sitters myself so I know what it’s like to have the right person looking after your loved one. I’ve had many different kinds of animals my whole life. Dogs, cats, birds and horses. I’m comfortable with large parrots, livestock and I’m not afraid of snakes. I’ll be happy to answer any questions you may have to help you feel comfortable with trusting me with your pet and being in your home.

Sandy is a laid-back, confident, and attentive care giver whose presence never fails to lighten a room. I have two dogs who utterly adore her. She's able to accurately read each of them as little individuals with their own unique qualities and quirks, making them feel so cherished. She is a clear, responsive and thoughtful communicator who always projects mindfulness and ease when in my home. All who encounter Sandy, canine or otherwise, are calmed and delighted by her presence. I have a very, very short list of people I trust entirely to care for my dogs in my home or theirs -- Sandy is on that list.
Sandy has always been an animal lover. She takes exceptional care of her own pets and is gentle yet firm. She would be a great caregiver.
