Hi there! 🐶 I’m a fun-loving dog mom with experience caring for dogs of all ages, sizes, and breeds. 🐕 I’ve raised five pups (Rottie/Pit Mix, English Bull Terrier, Great Pyrenees, BorderCollie/BlueHeeler/Aussie and Lab) and trained them to be well-behaved and obedient. 🐾 My friends saw how well and natural I am with dogs, so I ended up training their dogs while also educating new dog parents. 🎓 I have experience with puppies, senior dogs, and disabled dogs. I truly consider myself a dog mom and would love to host your fur baby! 🐾 I started doing Rover because I wanted to be there for other fur parents and also charge an affordable price because it can add up quickly. 💰 I know how it feels like to be on the other side, and I just really want to be there for my fellow fur parents. 🤝 What sets me apart is my passion for keeping dogs active and happy. 🏃♀️🐕 I believe that dogs need to roam and be active, and I make sure that they get lots of playtime and exercise. 🎾 I live in Georgetown, CO, and there are plenty of hiking trails around that I would love to explore with your furry friend. 🌲 I also live near a large dog park (Werlin Park), but I prefer long walks and the great outdoors. 🌞 The idea of a pup being cooped all day is heartbreaking, and I make sure that your furry friend gets the attention and care they deserve. ❤️ I work remotely and my husband works only on weekends, so there is always someone at home to take care of your furry friend. 🏠 I have mind stimulating games and toys that are perfect for the winter or if a dog has any mobility issues. 🧩 If I’m hosting a dog that is shy or anxious, I try to give them their space and help them adjust to the environment by showing them around the house and letting them smell around. 🐾 I’m very good at setting boundaries for any dogs that are shy or anxious at first, and I always cater to each dog’s needs individually. 🤗

For pets I take care of at my home, I always make sure they get some exercise, follow any parent instructions, and adapt to their needs. 🏃♀️🐕 I have experience with senior dogs, and it can be challenging, but I’ve learned to navigate those battles. My husband and I are very loving and affectionate. Dogs are more than welcome to lay on the couch or bed. 🛋️ If I’m going to someone else’s house, I try to meet up at the house before the parent leaves. That way, they can show me the layout, the keys, and give me directions. 🏠 I have done doggy daily check-ins without meeting prior, which is fine as long as the parent leaves clear instructions. 📝 I make sure to respect my clients’ homes, and if there’s a mess, I don’t mind picking it up. 🧹 I will follow times that were requested and always give a thorough Rover card. 📝 I always take many pics and videos of my Rover friends because I love photography and I love sending nice mountain pictures to my clients. 📷 I’m very communicative and will call if I ever have any doubts. 📞

Before taking care of your pet, it would be helpful to know if they have any specific requirements or needs. For example, if your pet requires medication or has a specific feeding schedule, it would be important to know this ahead of time so that I can provide the best possible care. Additionally, if your pet has any behavioral issues or quirks, it would be helpful to know this so that I can be prepared and provide the best possible care. Regarding drop off and pick up times, I understand that it is important to stick to the agreed-upon schedule. If there are any changes to the schedule, please contact me to ensure I am available. Also, I offer dog wash services for $40. This includes shampoo, conditioner, trimming nails, ear cleaning, and tooth brushing (if your dog allows it). If you are interested in this service, please let me know and I will be happy to provide more information.
A typical day
A typical day with me would involve going outside in the morning and at night, and depending on the dog, a midday dog park session as well. I make sure to follow feeding instructions and like to walk the dogs out at least every 2 hours. If it is snowing or unable to go outside, I have mind-stimulating toys for them to play with. I always play with them with Orion’s toys. I love playing with them (the more they play, the easier it is for me). If I’m working, dogs are allowed in my office and can be my coworker for the day. My husband and I have opposite schedules, so there will always be someone checking on your baby, whether it’s saying hi, giving them a scratch or a treat. I also provide treats for my Rover doggies. If you allow me to give them a little treat, I like to do so at night.

Availability
Pet care is my passion and my full-time job. My husband and I are active and love spending time outdoors with our furry friends. We have a dog of our own who enjoys playing with other dogs. We go to the park at least twice a day for an hour or more of fun and exercise. When we are not outside, we cuddle and nap with our Rover dogs at home. 💤 Your pets will be treated like family and have our full attention and care. 🐶❤️
