Sandra is an excellent dog sitter. I am so happy that I found her. Love all the videos and messages she sent when my dog is with her. Will definitely use her services again in the future and recommend her to all my friends and families.

I did a meet and greet with Sandra and scheduled a weekend trial stay for my dog in preparation for an upcoming trip. The meet and greet and trial stay went good so I booked the needed boarding well in advance - 2-1/2 months prior. Five days before the scheduled boarding I reached out to Sandra to confirm everything was all set for the booked stay. Sandra replied that she would not be able to accommodate the request. She said she had just learned the day before of a deployment, and she would be gone in the next few days. This text exchange was the evening after the day she said she was notified which meant that 2 full days had gone by with no attempt by Sandra to notify me. This left me frantically searching for alternatives -- the exact situation I had planned to prevent. I would advise anyone looking for a solid commitment to provide care for your dog to look elsewhere or you too could be left high and dry regardless of your efforts. Spending the required time to vet a pet sitter on short notice when you have countless other things to do in preparation for a trip is an extreme hardship.
