Hello. I would treat your dog,cat , guinea pig, hamster, (!my daughter had both), bird anything but snakes as I do for my own 2 dogs. I have had dogs all my life. Even when married had hunting dogs I helped take care of. They are truly your best friend. They help one get through a lot. Mine have helped me. Unconditional love is what they give you and must be given in return. They are part of your family. They are your 4 legged kids. I have lost dogs over the many years and it is hard. I lost 3 in 1 year due to old age and 1 even had diabetes that I treated for 2 years. I love my animals. Thank you.
