I have cared for dogs since 2009 when I got my first dog, a greyhound, named Webster. Being his guardian brought me, him, and our neighbors so much joy and friendships. We were regular volunteers for Greyhound Rescue of Vermont. I also dog-sat in my house, a shih tzu, Camille. Twice daily walks are the norm. Morning walks generally an hour and evening walks 20-45 minutes. I socialized the dogs regularly through our walks by visiting with our neighbors walking their dogs. I've administered medications (pills, liquids, and eye drops), as necessary. Treats are always good--from homemade treats of yogurt-banana frozen "bones" to Milkbone biscuits. Always Made in USA. What makes me a great sitter is that I treat your dog as if he/she were my own dog. Dogs are such gifts and I truly appreciate all of the joy and happiness they bring into my life.
