Pet care experience
I have worked at the Unicoi County Animal shelter and I have volunteered at other animal shelters around the Tri-Cities. I have a Chihuahua named Morty, a Chorkie named Snuffles, and I also have a son that is 12. I do have a flexible schedule since I am a contract courier for Walmart. I work the weekends until 4:30pm but I'm free after. I've always been an animal lover. I do have clients but they do not use this app. I have a lot of experience with dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, fish, salt water tanks, and more. Helping out and working at the shelter has taught me a lot.

I can play with the pets, walk them, feed and water them, brush them, and hand out with them. I am laid back and active so I'm fine with playing outside or hanging out indoors.

If there are any known allergies or anything I need to watch out for such as seizures or issues with diabetes let me know ahead of time. I typically know when a dog has low blood sugar because my Chihuahua has diabetes. He also has a bad heart so I know when he is overstimulated and needs to calm down after playing. I've had rescues in the past that had seizures and I know how to handle that. I just need to know ahead of time. ?
A typical day
I am active so I love to go outside and run around and play ball, or frisbee, or just go exploring. I don't take chances with dog safety either. If they require a leash, I'll make sure to have control at all times.

I'm a contract courier so I pick my own hours and I can take off when I'm needed. I can do my best to fit everyone in. 🙂
