Hi I’m Sandra!
Pet care experience
Hi, I'm Sandra! I live in Seattle and I work from home most days of the week. I've had dogs all my life. Two of my own - a 12 year old Maltese (5lbs) named, Bella but she’s now in doggy heaven 💓/ and in 2022 I adopted a puppy, Na-na. She’s a ball of energy around dogs and but shy around people. Important to note: As someone that has a full-time remote job, I am only able to do doggy daycare around 1 to 2 days per week (sometimes 3 days, depending on my schedule.) I Rover because I love being around dogs and my puppy enjoys playing with them too! However, I am not able to dog-sit daily or be an on-call sitter.
Reviews
Amazing as usual! Thanks so much Sandra and Nana!
Sandra is amazing! Almost don’t want others too know how fabulous she is but she’s fabulous! Milo had the time of his life with Sandra and Nana! Thank you so much!!!!
Sandra is amazing ! You can tell how much she loves dogs and took such great care of levi. I almost didn't want to leave a review so that she's our secret!
Sandra was awesome! My dog was spoiled with her! Lots of walks, love, and pictures. I would love to have my dog stay with her again.

Safety, trust & environment
I choose to be home the entire time I am dog sitting to make sure they settle in comfortably to a new environment. I will walk your dog similar to my pup’s schedule or based on what your doggy’s needs are. I will feed your dog according to your schedule, and be very mindful of their health needs, and how I'm prepping their food, making sure I'm following your instructions. All in all, I would treat your dog as if they are my own because I would want my dog to have been treated with the same amount of care and love when I am not around.

Information Sandra L. would like to know about your pet
For my dogs safety, I have decided to only take care of non reactive dogs that are socialized and get along well with other dogs. I would love to know Are they good with other people in the streets? Are they reactive to street sounds (cars, honks, etc)? Should I keep the leash wrapped and close to me or can I give them some space while they walk? What are commands you use with your dog that you would like me to do (heel, sit, paw, stop, leave it, etc)? Is there anything specific you'd like me to know about your dog?
A typical day
I love walking around the neighborhood and letting dogs stop and smell the grass/roses. This is their time to stretch out, be free and get some fresh air. I enjoy walking to parks and residential streets. Especially in the spring time when all the flowers are blooming :) I do have a great air conditioner for hot summer days!

Lots of playful dogs around Typical weekend w dogs: Take a nature walk through a local park like Carkeek, Volunteer, Elliot Bay, Discovery, or Greenlake.
