Pet care experience
I’ve fostered 28 cats and kittens to date! I work with animal shelters up and down the East Coast to give them a temporary home, save animals from euthanasia, socialize them, help them recover from a surgery or other medical need, and build trust with humans before they find their forever home. I am very comfortable administering medication. I have two bonded cats myself who are my world; one is very sociable and playful, and the other is shy and nervous and opens up over time. I have experience building trust with cats over a short period of time, and I love recognizing their unique personalities and meeting them where they are. I travel often and am away from my own cats, so I have a crystal clear idea of what type of service I do (and do not) like to see from a catsitter. What you can know for sure is that your cat will get tons of cuddles, and you’ll get amazing photos.

Sandra sends the sweetest pictures and updates when she visits my boys, which makes it easier for me to be away and actually enjoy a vacation. She's incredibly detailed and conscientious about completing the daily tasks during her visits and still makes plenty of time for the snuggles and play to keep my babies happy.
Sandra took such good care of my two senior kitties while I spent a relaxing week at the beach... Being away from my boys can be more stressful than the vacation is relaxing, especially as they are getting older - Leo is 15 and Earl is 11 - and they are very used to having me home all day with my full time remote work schedule. Sandra checked in on them twice daily and sent me the BEST pictures and videos at every visit. She spoiled them like I would with plenty of pets and rubs and even let Leo select his preferred breakfast and dinners lol :) Truly, I could not be happier with the care they received while I was away. I would absolutely recommend Sandra and hope to have her visit my boys again in the future.

Sandra watched Ivy for the second time while I was out of town for a couple of days. She sent tons of pictures and updates as always. Sandra takes such good care of my baby, so that I can have zero worries or concerns while I’m away!
