Pet care experience
I've been an animal lover of all kinds since I was a child. I grew up with almost every pet you could think of from cats and dogs to exotics such as reptiles, ferrets, and horses. I would love to take care of your pet whether it be just for the day while you're at work or if you're traveling for a few days to a few weeks or even months. I'm sure your pet would love to stay at my home much more than sitting in a small room with a cold concrete floor at a kennel. Your pet would get lots of love and playtime in my fenced yard and of course be safe with a watchful eye on them at all times. I also have approx. 5 years + professional experience working as a dog groomer's assistant and as a kennel tech both day and overnight care and 40+years personal experience. I am able to give oral medication and if needed shots as I've had experience with my own pets. I look forward to hearing from you soon!

I was worried about leaving my two pups for the first time with someone other than family. Sandra sent lots of pictures and checked in with us to make sure we knew everything was going smoothly. She made the process much easier.

I have a fenced in backyard for dogs to enjoy running around. Inside, I have gated areas throughout my home so if needed, dogs who might have less energy than others and would prefer to be alone sometimes can relax in a quiet area of the house. I also feed every dog separately in the gated areas to avoid any agressive behavior.

I appreciate any important information that you could let me know about your pet such as any fears they may have (ex: loud noises from thunderstorms). Also, if your pet has any special diet, allergies, or may need medication during their stay.
A typical day
During your pets stay they will receive huge amounts of love and attention. I like to make sure all dogs get a lot of time to run and play outside in the fresh air to burn off their energy. Any cats that stay at my home have the choice of roaming anywhere upstairs and I allow them to sleep or hangout in any of the bedrooms. They don't have to worry about any dogs bothering them, as I have it separated by a gate at the bottom of the stairs and another at the top. If they are a bit shy, I have a spare bedroom that only the cats may hang out in.

Availability
Boarding and daycare for dogs and cats is my full time job, so you're pet will never be left alone without any supervision. I also have 4 dogs of my own who enjoy playing and making new friends every day.
