Pet care experience
Dogs, cats, birds, and fish . . . These are some of the best friends I’ve had over the last 45 years. All of my pets have lived long, healthy lives based on excellent feeding, grooming, and regular medical care. I genuinely love animals and have a very watchful eye on their well-being.

Sandra was absolutely amazing, and I will 100% be booking her again. She went above and beyond when house sitting and watching my dog and four cats. She’s kind, communicative, passionate about animals, dependable and punctual. Anyone would be lucky to have her watching their pets! When I got home, not only were my pets *very* apparently happy and safe, but my house was in perfect order. She made my bed exactly as I’d left it (she slept in it, with my consent), tidied up the kitchen, washed the pet bowls, put a million throw pillows back in order on the couch and so on. I had typed up and printed a checklist of instructions for Sandra to refer to overnight, and she actually checked off each thing that she did, *and* made little notes for me in regards to things like giving my dog medication and treats! My dog has severe environmental allergies and needs topical and oral meds each day. I was worried about having someone new handle this + his thunderstorm anxiety, but Sandra didn’t shy away at all and actually managed to calm him down amidst what was obviously an anxiety attack (paw licking and chewing, whining, yawning). She texted me as soon as she noticed he was acting “off” and I told her exactly how to handle it. Ten minutes later, she sent me an update — he was happy again! She also sent me photo updates at least six times over the course of the 18 or so hours she spent at my place, both of my dog and cats cuddling with her and enjoying themselves. She spoke so kindly of them, calling them sweet and beautiful and lovingly thanked me for letting her watch them. All in all, I was nervous about hiring a stranger to stay in my home with my pets, and I am so glad Sandra is the one I went with. Sometimes we have no choice but to get some help and Sandra was there to offer that help when I needed it. I’ll 100% be booking her again in the future!
I don't think you could find a more loving, caring, dedicated person to watch your animal! She is an awesome person and really loves animals! The safety and health of your pet will be her number one priority. When you talk to her about your pet, it will be obvious to you that leaving the responsibility of the caring for your animal in her hands is one of the very best decisions you could ever make!

Sandra is our go to pet sitter whenever we need someone to watch Sir Didymus. We know when he is with Sandra, he is being treated like royalty. She is a wonderful communicator, thus allowing us to leave all of the stress and worry of pet sitting at the door and enjoy our vacation.

Any pet I watch is showered with attention. I believe you should talk to pets as if they are human, just like YOU—as if they could speak up and answer you back! In fact, they do tell you about themselves with their eyes, ears, and tail, so I talk to them, pet them, and play with them with whatever toys are available in their home.
