Pet care experience
I have spent a lot of time caring for dogs of friends and family. I am a patient and loving caregiver. There's nothing healthier than being outside, walking and breathing in the fresh air, with a beautiful companion by my side to enjoy it with! I can honestly say that the bestest friends I have ever had are dogs. They ALWAYS have time for you. They are so LOYAL. They just want to love you! I just LOVE getting to know their funny little personalities, each one is so unique and special in their own way.

Sandra is amazing!! She was so warm and loving with our two pups and sent us frequent updates and photos/videos to let us know they were safe and well taken care of. We would absolutely recommend Sandra!
Sandra was wonderful with my 8-year-old Lab Colby! She helped me out on very short notice and I loved getting her frequent text updates and photos. I felt at ease knowing Colby was in good hands while I was away. I recommend Sandra without hesitation for all of your pup-sitting needs.
Sandra was fantastic! Very respectful of my home, kept me updated multiple times a day with photos, and didn't hesitate to ask questions if she needed. Highly recommend!
What makes Sandra good at this job is that she is very responsible and an excellent communicator. She is also a hard working student and takes everything she does seriously. She adores my 3 years t-cup poodle and has a deep love for animals. I have known Sandra for 8 years and can say that she is a very caring person. She can be trusted to do what she says she will do, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a companion/caregiver for their pooch.

I would like to know the general demeanor of the dog and his or her usual temperament around new people, especially new people entering their homes for the first time. I would like to know what he or she likes to do, any medications he or she needs to take, and when, any special dietary requirements.
A typical day
I enjoy going to McCarren park, East River State Park dog runs. I also enjoy Prospect Park when I'm over that side. I am happy to explore new areas if there is a preference. I love seeing how excited they are when we first step outside, and watching them run around like "Yes, I'm free! I just love everything" lol My favorite is when I see them constantly looking over to check you are still there (sooo cute) because it makes me feel special haha.
