I do not remember a time that I have not had pets in my life. I became a sole adult pet owner at the age of 20 and have had pets ever since. I was recently reminded of my love for training dogs by a pittie stray that came to live with me and never left. I have just finished my certification and have become an ABC Certified Dog Trainer and am excited to become part of the growing animal care industry.

Sandy saved the day for me again in an emergency. While she was preferable from the start since my dog was quite happy with her, I had actually hired another sitter due to the cost but Cindy was gracious enough to understand & end up taking over anyway at a discount once the other sitter’s car wouldn’t start. My dog adores her immensely & even more of my cats who normally stay hidden from strangers came out while she was here. She went above & beyond to do an outstanding job & I can’t be more grateful to her.
Eight pets is a lot but Sandy was very accustomed to care of many & understanding. We worked together quite well. She was prompt, efficient, flexible, & gave my dog who seemed quite happy with her, extensive walks. I wish my cats weren’t so standoffish but was surprised about my main cat who came out most when Sandy was here. I highly recommend her.

I have a fenced yard and one very playful pup to help keep you dog company. I also have an above ground pool available for swimming if your dog likes to swim. Your fur baby will become part of my family (if they desire 😊) while they are with me.

Please let me know ahead of time of any special accommodations your dog may need. Common questions are: Is the dog spayed/neutered? Are they house trained? Are they crate trained? A meet and greet prior to booking is ALWAYS necessary.
A typical day
A typical day will include walks around the neighborhood, outdoor play with my dogs and possibly trips to the dog park in Wilmington. On warmer days they can swim in my pool or splash around in a kiddie pool.
