Pet care experience
I will care for your pets like they are my own! I live with an asthmatic cat and a Cockapoo. Both my husband and I work from home and are available to take care of your companions anytime of the week. We are both big animal lovers and love our pets like they are our kids and will do the same for yours! My cat has needed both oral and inhaled medications for the last 10 years or so and he’s needed portable oxygen on occasion. I can administer medication to your pets as long as they are oral or inhaled medications. My cat is extremely picky so I have to drop the medications in his throat rather than in a treat, I can help if yours is the same! As with any anxious animal, I understand patience is necessary.Our 15lb dog is scared of bigger dogs since she’s been attacked once and I’m extremely cautious of my surroundings when I’m on walks with her or any other dog. Know that I don’t use my phone on walks and am always alert. Our dog is extremely picky about her food and we have experience with that as well. Please be assured I will be extremely gentle and patient with your little ones and will make sure to send you a ton of photos and updates to keep your mind at ease.

Sanam’s qualities cannot be described in just a few words. While living in VA for a short while I needed help with taking care of my two cat babies. She took tremendous care of them, made them feel loved and comfortable. Couldn’t have found a better person to take care of my babies while I was gone.

I always make sure I’m walking dogs on a short leash, I avoid phone usage so I can be vigilant of my surroundings. I don’t have a yard but I do make sure to get a lot of exercise in. We live right by a trail and we try to go for as many walks possible to get our steps in! (My personal goal is 10k a day) :)

Please let me know if your dog is reactive or has any fear aggression. I have a female dog for instance, she’s weary of men. Let me know if your dog has any little quirks of that sort.
A typical day
We love lick mats, puzzle games, long walks. We made a game with Gigi (our dog) where we play fetch with her but we add tricks in there to help her brain be stimulated. We find she tires out easily with this game!

Availability
I’m currently working part time for about 4 hours in the early morning and my husband works full time from home, we both are available to care for your pets. We both grew up with cats and dogs and even birds and know the care that goes into that.
