Pet care experience
Growing up, I've helped take care of 4 dogs. And I've dog and cat-sat for neighbors and friends. In my own workplace, I've dog sat my boss's dog and my colleague's several times. I love being around animals, and I'm always happy when I'm around them; making sure they're taken care of doesn't feel like a job and is second-nature to me.

Sanah is one of the dog caregiver I’ve seen. She’s absolutely in love with every dog she meets no matter what their personality. Moreover, she gets as excited to see and meet new dogs as dogs are excited to meet her. She cannot stand to see any animal suffering or in pain. I currently live in a dog-friendly apartment (so lots of neighborly love if your pet desires), which also means I live in a dog friendly neighborhood. There's plenty of parks and walks nearby for us to go on! For overnight stays, I would prefer to not board your pet in my apartment simply because I feel my studio is too small, and I want your pet to have more room to roam freely. If you'd rather I stay at your place with your pet, I have experience with this, but would prefer to hash out details in person/over the phone!

Your dog's allergies, and personality type especially with encountering other pets/squirrels on our walks. For me to make things as comfortable and easy as possible, it's nice to learn about their personality as much as I can. Any particular quirks to note? What are they afraid of (loud sounds etc.)? I grew up speaking a different language at home so my dogs never understood English commands. Any specific sayings (possibly in another language) to watch out for?
A typical day
We can go to East Rock Park, or if you've got an energetic dog, we can go on a longer walk to Edgerton Park where he/she can also meet other dogs!

Availability
I'm currently a Physics PhD student, so my hours are flexible. I'm available on the weekends for walks, potty breaks, play-time, and house-visits. I can also do early morning walks on weekdays and am usually able to do an afternoon walk after 4:30pm on weekdays.
