Samuel made a good first impression and communicated well during my two week absence regarding the care in my home of my four dogs. Unfortunately, when I returned home, the house floors were filthy and were covered with dry urine and feces. It was clear to me that the dogs were not walked daily as agreed and the dogs were left unsupervised without ensuring they used the washroom outside. Samuel apologized and said he should have used a cleaning service before I returned, however that would not have remedied the fact that the dogs were not appropriately cared for. He did not seem to appreciate that concern. In my case, I think Samuel took on more than he was prepared to handle and did not do the things we agreed he would do. I used the dispute resolution service to try to resolve my concerns and am in the process of seeing that through now. Perhaps the outcome would have been different for care in his own home and with fewer animals to care for.

What an amazing stay Joopi had. It was clear from all the pictures and updates that he was having a great time with him. We had a great experience with Samuel through the booking process to the end pick up time. We were reassured through Samuel’s professionalism and pictures showing how much our pup was enjoying life! He was trustworthy and would definitely look for him again!! Thank you for everything.
