Hello, my name is Samara, and I'm a young MTU Tech student, but I have an extensive background with dogs. My family had always had more than 2 dogs at all times and I was responsible for their care as a kid. Later on, I also took care of neighbor's dogs and volunteered at shelters. Now I have a dog of my own who is like my child, and I would love to help others with theirs because I know how stressful it can be to find someone to trust with your companion. I'm currently not working other than with Rover, so all of my time can be dedicated to these furry companions. Whether you need intensive care or laid-back care, I can be there when you need it and get things done at your convenience for when you come back. (I can also do bathing, nails, and obedience help as well). My apartment has a big yard that is not fenced, but this is not an issue for active dogs as I love to go to beaches and go for runs (they will have guaranteed fun!). My apartment has another dog, a boxer who is dog friendly, his name is Hamlet. My dog is allowed on furniture and lives a laid-back lifestyle, but he also receives daily training and is crate trained at night (he is a service dog). Your dog can follow my dog's schedule or you can lay out a detailed schedule for me, whatever works best for the owner and animal. Obviously, this scheduling is different for in-home care at the pet's home. If I am caring for an animal in the owner's home I will follow all ground rules/ boundaries laid out by the owner. All of my services are the same for in-house and out-of-home, it just depends on how comfortable the owner is (this includes: feedings, baths, other grooming, and some fun training for the animal).
