The refusal to simply change a 60 watt light bulb in a easy reach lamp left my 2 cats in a dim lit dark apartment for 4 days despite my pleading for her help. When I became upset because she called changing a lightbulb an “installation” she then accused me of being difficult. To save face I had to act as if I was sorry. I was honestly was furious as I watched my animals receive no affection and be left in a dark apartment with little care of how it was affecting them. Upon arriving home my one cat was sick with a UTI issue. I had to rush him to AMC where they said he was most likely very stressed. Of course he was, he was in a dim lit apartment with a person coming in for a very short time barely giving him attention. (my cats are very affectionate). For $50 for 30 minutes I find it absurd that when something came up that was simple to address she refused to help and became irate with me, almost trying to bully me for speaking up for my animals she was supposed to be caring for. I will never use an app service again to care for my animals. If you want the basics with no attention and a flash photo taken directly in their eyes/face (because the apartment was so dark she held the camera in their face with flash on until I asked her to stop doing that) then she would be fine. I would not recommend, given when a real issue came up she refused to help in any way and became accusatory, along with the fact that in my video cam she barely held or gave any affection to my two animals. I know my Scottish Fold became sick because of this. As of now we have to go back to the vet again tomorrow, which I am sure will be another $300-500. Really awful experience.

Samara was amazing! She took care of my puppy for 3 days. Great communication and she sent me multiple pictures every day and made me feel so comfortable! She is a real dog lover and I would highly recommend her...thanks so much Samara for taking such a great care of Barney!
