Pet care experience
I have had dogs all throughout my life and have always been around them. I have a beautiful dachshund called Otis and he is my best bud! He is 7 months old, we have done puppy classes and specialist training with him through a local business. I am in the process of gaining a certification in dog walking and sitting.

Sam was Alan amazing dog sitter for our two cockapoos. They stayed with her and her dog Otis for a couple of nights and she kept us up to date with how they were getting on and they clearly had a lovely time on their holiday! Would definitely recommend Sam.
Sam is amazing with pets for as long as I can remember she has had pets and cared for them. Sam is brilliant with her own dog Otis, providing the best level of care always looking into new ideas for healthy foods for dogs and ways to keep Otis stimulated. Otis is a well cared for dog and sam shows her care and love for animals with every animal she meets Sam is amazing with my dog casper and doesn’t shy away from his boisterousness and takes it in her stride finding new ways to keep him entertained and to help him use his energy. Sam is not afraid to take long walks and spend hours playing with dogs to keep them entertained and stimulated. I would trust my pet in Sam’s care 100% as she treats every pet as her own.

My dog is crate trained and I am happy to use a crate with any dog in my home where appropriate. I have a yard at the back of the home which has 5.5 feet stone walls and a secure gate. We have safety gates around the home to ensure dogs cannot climb the stairs and can be separated where needed if dogs need time alone.

A typical day
Any dog in my care will be offered as many walks as needed, my lively boy needs two walks a day so we are used to this. I can offer snufffle mats, lick mats and Kongs filled with food they love. I offer regular treats as rewards. I will offer lots of play time but also plenty of time to rest and sleep.

Availability
I am currently working full time but I am able to fit in dog walking and boarding around my working pattern. I am hoping to work towards working part time in the future.
