As a former homesteader and volunteer pet foster I have handled and cared for many different breeds and all ages of pets including dogs, cats, chickens, goats, birds, and reptiles. Everything is going well. The is my first time with Samantha and she communicates well and sends pics!
Samantha was awesome. We really appreciated the frequent communication and proof of life photos. She was especially helpful in helping us find our hiding scaredy cat, between systematically searching the house to relocating a ring camera so that we could eyes on him. We will definitely plan on using her to watch our fur babies in the future.
Samantha Villella has made our cat happy and well cared for. Took on our mail, swept the floor and gave him à full body massage.
Samantha is such a wonderful and conscientious person! My little cat dudes are the definition of scaredy cats. I showed her their hiding spots and she made sure to get a pic of them each day. I felt very at ease on my trip knowing they are in very care with her. I cannot thank her enough!

I like to have a gentle but firm approach with animals, always letting them warm up to me first but also letting them know that I am their caregiver by initiating positive reinforcement with treats and pets. I am a clean and organized person and generally will clean as I go, always making sure to leave a space better than I found it.

Let me know if your dog or cat has any specific needs or behaviors so that I can care more appropriately for them. I have experience with dogs and cats all over the energy spectrum and understanding their general behavior/personality beforehand is helpful in giving more customized care.
A typical day
Play, cuddles, and walks of course! I love getting dogs outside to experience new smells and sounds and to get them moving. Giving lots of cuddles afterwards helps reinforce that experience for them. I've taught dogs how to play hide and seek and that's always a hit! And I can never go wrong with a bit of tug of war or fetch to get that tail wagging! For cats it's all about play, cuddles, and chill time. No cat is the same, some are more playful than others, some more affectionate. I always evaluate where your cat is at so they are most comfortable with my presence. I love getting out the laser pointer or feather wand to get cats feeling more playful and jovial. And of course giving them those extra needed scratches under the chin and behind the ears!

I have a flexible schedule that allows me to be available for pet care Sundays-Fridays in the mornings (6a-8a) and the afternoons anytime after 2p, and Saturdays in the evenings (after 4p).
