Pet care experience
Hello my name is Samantha! I was a pet nanny for over 4 years. Every summer and winter I would feed, play, walk, and run the dogs. As well as feed and entertain their cats. I’ve worked with all age ranges of doggies/kitties as well as size. I can read demeanor and body language of a dog/cat to be able to keep them comfortable as well as myself. I worked as a ranch-hand dealing with horses and highly trained dogs. I grew up with all sorts of pets and always had a love and respect for animals!

Dogs and cats and other animals are apart of the family and I treat them as so. Their homes are their territory and I respect their personal space. If they are shy I will make them feel comfortable around me and do things at their pace. If they’re more extroverted I will keep them entertained and am 100% open to cuddles. I recognize every animal is different as well as what the pet parent wants for them. If their are rules you’d like me to follow with your pet or with your house I will gladly do so.

Every pet is different I would love to know what type of personality your pet has! Some animals prefer to lay on the couch and mosey around, others love more mental and physical activities. If your pet has any issues including health, anger, food aggression, doesn’t get along with other animals, and other issues feel free to let me know.
A typical day
I love taking a nice walk around parks and neighborhoods. If your dog is more active I love going on runs as well. My family pups back in my hometown love car rides and “pup cups” from Starbucks, so let me know if your dog loves car ride and would allow me to take them. Every dog and even cats has their favorite toy and I would love to keep them busy and play with them. Some pets also just enjoy having company with them that I can provide!

Availability
I am a college student attending school online. I don’t have a job as my schoolwork and trips back home make it difficult to keep a scheduled job. I have online school only on Tuesdays and Wednesdays ending at 1pm. I would prefer to not walk in the dark which would be after 5pm, but I am available anytime before that. I am available weekends as well.
