Pet care experience
I am confident looking after dogs and I’ve grown up surrounded by friends and family’s dogs. Over recent years I’ve looked after dogs whilst their owners have been away, and would be happy to offer this. I enjoy going out for walks either alone or with friends and it would be extra lovely to have a dog accompanying me. I’d love a dog of my own in the future but for now Rover seems to be the perfect place for me to get my weekly dose of dogs!

Samantha was so good with our dog Kali! He's high energy and a bit of a handful, but she was very comfortable with him and put us at ease. Throughout the booking process she was quick to reply and really friendly. During his stay she sent us photos, videos and updates. All in all she made us feel really relaxed. We will be booking with her again.
Samantha gave sent us daily updates and cooper loved staying with her. Would absolutely recommend!
Sammi is brilliant! Highly recommend her! Teddy loved her so much that he walked round to her home the next day and stood there wagging his tail!

I currently live with my parents (who love dogs just as much as me!) and we have a spacious fenced garden and parks nearby. It is a short walk to Wigton Moor playing fields and a short drive from Roundhay Park.

A typical day
There’s no better start to the day than a lovely walk around the local park, so your pooch can smell all the new smells in my neighbourhood! A lunch time walk will be on the cards too. I have a range of toys to play with your dog to mentally stimulate them throughout the day. Please note that I will always keep your dog on a lead, unless instructed otherwise.

I currently work full time but remotely on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays. I manage my own diary so would be able to be available during the day provided enough notice. I would love the company of a dog in the daytime and happy to take them for a walk during their stay.
