I would love to meet your fur babies! have worked as a veterinary assistant for the last 8 years. I have plenty of experience with all temperaments, including wild puppies, senior animals with medical conditions, and shy/aggressive animals. I have a grumpy little basset hound mix, a greyhound mix, and 4 adorable chickens. I have grown up with cats, Brittney spaniels, GSP, dachshunds, and Great Pyrenees. I enjoy outdoor activities and on my days off you can find me at the dog park or snuggling up at home with my puppy. I also volunteer/foster with Ruff Start Rescue where I enjoy meeting and caring for dogs and cats with all different backgrounds. I have experience giving medication, injections, fluids, taking blood samples, and I can do just about anything medically needed. I also have a huge place in my heart for shy/fearful animals (my resident dog is one).

Samantha did an excellent job handling our dogs for a drop in visit. She did a meet and greet with us prior to our first visit to learn about our dogs and meet them. We were nervous about how our dogs would react to having someone in the house, but Samantha handled them very well. She spend time playing with them and making sure they had a nice break in the day. The dogs were happy and calm during the visit. We will definitely use Samantha for drop in visits in the future.
