Pet care experience
I have been caring for animals since I was a young girl, since about 8 years old. We have always had pets growing up and I have been passionate about walking, training, feeding, and loving on them ever since. We have always had dogs and cats, but my care experience extends to horses, pigs, birds, caged critters, and fish. I currently have three dogs: Rosko who is 16 and requires senior care (does your baby require medication, extra help with getting up and down or special food preparation? I’ve got you!) and is our border/collie mix who was adopted from the humane society in Missouri, Ellie, who 7 and our Catahoula Leopard Dog/Golden mix who was adopted from a shelter in Louisiana while we were stationed in Connecticut, and Zoey, who is 2 and is our small 20 ish pound mix who came from Guam through the Boonie Flight Project that I have fostered for. I also have two cats, Clara and Flynn who are also rescues and both 5 years old. I have experience in all stages of life from puppies/kittens to senior dogs and cats.

Samantha and her husband are so sweet and very accommodating to the early time I needed to drop off my dog Lucy. Also, great at communicating and sending pictures along the stay. Would definitely trust them with Lucy again! I do think she might have gotten a little overwhelmed with the big dogs, cause she used to being alone, but I also thing it’s good for her to socialize. Thank you for watching my Lucy Lou!
Samantha was great! Able to accommodate my Moose and updated with pictures! He has some separation anxiety but he quickly settled in! She has him a nice walk too!
Samantha and her family graciously opened their home to my fuzzy tornado with less than 24 hours' notice, and I came back to a very happy dog. I expected nothing less since Truffles adores his stays with Samantha and she's excellent about providing pictures of all their adventures.
Sam and fam were great! Gohan had a lot of fun and burned off majority of the massive energy he usually has. Will definitely book with Sam again

I have three (though Rosko my senior buddy doesn’t really play much anymore), very friendly/energetic dogs who would love friends to play with! My cats mostly just keep to themselves, except Flynn who is very social and friendly. I have a fenced in yard so your pups can romp and play safely outside if they’d like! I have nice open space in my living room for fun time too. Have a kitty? We have a cat tree and plenty of treats and toys to keep them happy! Zoey is my only dog who is crate trained. If you crate your dogs, please just bring their kennel and anything they may need to feel secure (favorite blanket, toy, etc). I enjoy taking my girls for walks and if your dog is good on a leash (just no excessive pulling because I’ll have a stroller) I would be more than happy to walk yours! I can do walks only, boarding (in my home), drop in visits to your home, and even just keeping your fur baby company during the day in my home.

Please let me know if your dog/cat has any special needs/dietary restrictions. We’re a treat loving household, so please let me know if they have special treats they need or if it’s okay if we share ours. I request that your dogs be friendly with other dogs, cats and children, I’m sorry but I cannot compromise on that. To put you more at ease, I usually try to schedule a little meet and great ahead of time to make sure we’re a good fit!
A typical day
We can play at home, tug of war, fetch, etc, we can go for walks if they enjoy those and even car rides! Should you be okay with it, we can even go out for the occasional pup cup at Starbucks! When they’re all tuckered out, they can enjoy napping wherever they please, including the couch for some snuggles if that’s their thing!

Availability
I am currently a stay at home mom of a school aged child and a one year old, so my availability is pretty open! I am available after 8am during the week for drop in visits, not between 1-2pm for school pickup, but on weekends I have mostly open availability. If you need them to stay in my home, we can do drop offs earlier than 8am, I just don’t start walks, or drop in visits until after 8am because of school drop off.
