Pet care experience
I have been a dog trainer for 7 years now and worked with rescues for 10 years. I am obsessed with hyperactive crazy dogs! I have a German Shepherd, border collie, A husky, a lab/aussie mix, and a German Shepherd collie mix. I would be willing to help with training if needed as well. Obedience and trick training are my favorites! Otherwise just playing games with dogs to keep their mind going is awesome instead of just a standard walk. (But of course your pups will still get an everyday stroll) I also have experience with exotic pets and cats. I own 1 rabbit and 2 cats currently but they are kept separate from the animals. My home is set up so my boarding pets get the fully finished basement to themselves to be secluded if they need space or are stressed around other animals but if they are friendly they are more than welcome to play with my pack. They will need to stay in a crate at night and when someone is not home. (Which won’t be longer than 4 hours a day)

Sam is awesome! She has so much knowledge with all different types of animals. Sam always makes sure animals are comfortable in her care. She has excellent training experience and advice as well. I would highly recommend Sam to be your pet sitter! She’ll treat your furbabies like they’re her own.

I would like to know how the dog acts around people and other dogs. I can deal with reactivity and dogs that are not fond of other dogs but need to be forewarned about it. My house is set up where there is lots of space to crate and rotate if needed.
A typical day
I am fine going to parks or just walking in the neighborhood if needed. I am a Force-free trainer and carry treats and would love to teach fun tricks as well as basic obedience on walks. (can use dog food if dog is not allowed treats). I also love training and playing in sports so I would be happy to work on some beginner sports things if you are interested or just some fitness work.
