I am a recent college graduate who has had a variety of experiences caring for and walking pets for their owners since 2010. Most recently, my partner and myself have begun our own off-grid vegan homestead on 11 acres in the Catskills with a yurt, a creek, and a small crew of rescued chickens. As animal lovers who would love a dog of our own one day, it seemed like a no-brained to open our door to pups who who could use a place to play the day away. It’s been a blast! I also always look forward to any walking/sitting requests; spending time with animals is my favorite thing and I am joyful anytime I get to meet a new furry friend. I have experience with all sorts of animals, especially dogs, cats, horses, goats, small rodents, and chickens. I am a very healthy and active individual and am always looking for new k9 hiking partners. I am happy to take your dog on a stroll around the neighborhood, or take them to the mountains for a full day’s hike. My car is a reliable one that can handle some pretty harsh weather conditions. My ultimate goal is to keep the animals safe, happy and healthy, both physically and mentally.
