I grew up in a house with up to 7 kitties (we were always rescuing strays) and 2 Keeshonds; caring for animals is simply second nature... In the 25+ years since, I've been Auntie Sam to endless friends, neighbors, roommates, and relatives' dogs & cats (whom I love like my own ❤); everyone's go-to pet/house sitter when they're away. My absolute favorite doggie nephew was an Atlanta roommate's long-haired, red, mini Dachshund named Biggie Smalls, but I have a long list of babies, and so particular experience with Doxies, Basenjis, Beagles, Labs, Terriers, Boxers, Chihuahuas, Shih Tzus, Bichon Frises, Pugs, Bulldogs, Greyhounds, Great Danes, Golden Retrievers, Goldendoodles, Shetland Sheepdogs, Australian Cattle Dogs, Australian & German Shepherds, Belgian Malinoises, Huskies, Rottweilers, Pits and many mixed-breeds/rescues; also puppies and older, special needs dogs (special diets, medication requirements, limited mobility, epilepsy, deafness, blindness).

Sam is our go-to sitter and we are so thankful she was available for a long stay. Our pups are always well cared for and loved while we are away. We truly appreciate the updates and pictures that Sam sends our way.

Cannot say enough good things about Sam! She watched our 2 doggies over a long weekend and I think the girls now prefer her over us! Sam kept us up to date with pictures and daily reports and left our house looking spotless. We’ll definitely be asking Sam to house sit for us again.

A typical day
I'm happy to cuddle on the couch, in bed on overnight stays, play in the yard, take whatever long or short walks your pup might enjoy. If they're big daytime nappers, I'll make sure they always have company nearby.

Pet/housesitting is my sole job at present, so I can be home with your babies all day & night. They're basically getting a FT live-in sitter with plenty of available time to give them attention.
