My husband and I both love dogs and grew up with them as family members! We currently have a 40lb poodle who loves to have dog guests - she loves to play and run around with her new Rover friends - she is very gentle with the smaller dogs. Our family members have pomeranians and minpins and they get along really well. We have a large backyard with lots of grass and are both home during the week. We have a cat who gets along with our dog and doesn't mind small or medium dogs (he usually just does his own thing and hangs out behind our dog gate). We have pet gates that block the kitchen and living room from the front door and the bedrooms. The kitchen/living room area is puppy proof. Your dog will be a part of our family for the week or weekend that they stay with us!
