Pet care experience
My entire life, I have had a love for dogs. I put my passion for them to work 10 years ago. I've been trusted to visit homes and walk neighborhood dogs when they were away, along with feeding, bathing and medication administering. Eventually, my parents got a dog from a breeder and he has been living with the family for 11 years. I was tasked with training him, feeding/bathing him and watching out for him when my parents were out. I'd ensure to take him to the vet and pay any necessary bills the first chance I could. After moving out, I turned to rescuing my own dog. Being that she is a rescue with a traumatic past, I knew I had to take my experience to a new level. I've applied my patience, kindness, reliability and training skills and she has been blossoming ever since.

I HIGHLY recommend using Sam to watch your fur baby! She has taken great care of my golden retriever several times! She keeps him active and always gives me updates throughout my day! Will be using her again very soon!

I have a front porch with a gate to sit outside in the sunshine and provide protection from the street. I have a small front yard at my place, but there is a large park 3 minutes from where I live. I have experience crating dogs and stopping door dashing (not allowing the dog to run out of the front door into the street). I have trained dogs to not pull on leash so they will not get into any harm on our walks.

I have an extensive understanding of various dog breeds and behaviors. I have experience with aggressive dogs, anxious dogs, leash reactivity and dogs who are scared. Please let me know of any important details ahead of time and I will definitely be prepared.
A typical day
I enjoy safely hiding things around the house as a game of hide and seek. This allows the dog to be mentally stimulated and have a "job" as they love to do. Also, I enjoy going to public parks on walks or on a quiet street. If the dog enjoys it, I can go for a jog with him/her for optimal exercise.

I work remotely full time Monday through Friday. Working remotely allows me to care for your pup in the comfort of my or your home. My schedule is super flexible, allowing me to provide optimal care for your fur baby. Daytime, evening and weekends are always open.
