Recently graduated Misericordia University with a Masters degree in Occupational Therapy. I have experience in training and caring for dogs. I love to be outdoors and active (going on hikes, running, exploring, sports). I am looking for dogs to enjoy walks and other activities with. For boarding, have a large, unfenced backyard for dogs to roam (and an extended 20ft leash for dogs that tend to wander outside property lines). I live in a ranch style, two-family house with a lot of space, remodeled in 2013. I have experience giving dogs medication, providing structured bathroom schedules for young puppies, and other dog skills. I have experience working with high anxiety dogs, dogs with problem behaviors, and rescue dogs. Availability is flexible dependent on dog owners requests. Availability includes mornings, afternoons/evenings during the week, and weekend availability.

I couldn’t have found a better person to tend to my dog than Samantha. My dog doesn’t seem to do well around other people or animals but took to Samantha right away. She was always very excited to see her when she came to pick her up and I felt completely safe leaving my precious Mischa with her. Would definitely recommend to anyone!
Sam is amazing with our 1 year old puppy, Charlie. We adopted Charlie in August and she has loved him unconditionally since the first day we got him. Sam never had a dog as a child and getting charlie was the best thing that could happen to both of them. She plays with charlie everyday, walks him even when it’s freezing out, and gives him all the love he could ever need. Sam’s compassion and love towards dogs is nothing short of speechless.
Sam is wonderful with puppies (all dogs are puppies). She has one puppy named Charlie who she absolutely adores and is treated like a prince. She always makes sure his needs come first. Sam’s easy-going and fun-loving personality make her a great puppy caregiver. She is patient and kind towards Charlie, but also knows when he needs to be discipled in order to learn how to be well-behaved. Sam is well-rounded and trustworthy; a great pick when choosing to find someone to watch your puppy!
Sam is so good with my little Brucie! I was a little nervous because he's a little wild on the leash, but she knew exactly how to make him calm! She treats him so well and is very lovable. I've also seen Sam with her own pup, Charlie, and she is absolutely in love with him! She is a very responsible dog lover.
