Samantha is simply amazing. First of all she helped us in a pinch on very short notice. She saved us from a 10+ hour drive (phew!). We got very cool pictures of our pups everyday. She communicated daily. Super easy to talk to. She asks great questions. Communication is key when you put your trust in anyone to take care of your family members. Samantha has this skill 10 fold. She's not afraid to ask questions when something comes up. All of her questions were in the interest of taking better care of our pups and were gladly welcome. That's the most underrated quality one could have IMO. I knew that my pups were getting tailored care vs. general care based off of tribal knowledge and past experience. I mean... think about it... would you rather have a real person text you a question for tips and tricks for the best way on how to get YOUR dogs to eat vs. them trying stuff on their own, spinning their wheels, all the while your dogs are not eating, stressing, etc.? If someone would ask me what the difference is between Rover.com vs. a kennel or boarding facility - I would say Samantha is the difference.
