Hi there, Samantha and Michael here! We have been animal lovers our whole lives!🐾 We each have over a decade worth of experience in dog/pet/house sitting, boarding, and walking. Sam has worked in canine boarding, daycare, and training facilities, has volunteered at animal shelters and a canine cancer research lab for years. Mike has been called a dog whisperer too many times to count! We understand and implement breed specific and individualized care. We know you’re four legged best friend is one of a kind! Michael is a fantastic dog trainer and he did an amazing job with our 3 year old hound mix Chapman. This was the second time Samantha dog sat for us and we know she takes care of our dog like she would her own. She was accommodating of our travel plans and let us drop off and pick up later in the evening. We’re so glad to have found her and Mike on Rover.
First time using Rover and really first time leaving my Bentley with anyone. Samantha is truly the best! I brought Bentley for a meet and greet beforehand and I could tell instantly that Samantha pays close attention to how Bentley interacts in various situations and I knew she would be very attentive to Bentley. She and Michael constantly interacted with Bentley his entire stay and treated him as their own. I highly recommend Samantha. She will be my go to for any future pet sitting needs!
We had a wonderful experience with Samantha. She was so easy to get in touch with and took great care of our dog. We really appreciated how thoughtful she was. We’d definitely book her again!

Our dog Chapman is truly a member of our family, our fur child, and every pet that comes into our home is treated with the same love, careful attention and perks! We truly enjoy doing life with our four legged best friend! Playing fetch with Chapman in the backyard, taking him to our local and community dog parks, adventuring to all the lakes in our area, beach trips, camping, beach camping, hiking..he pretty much goes wherever we go, and that is how we like it! We are a very active family, but also love to relax with puppy snuggles on the couch. We promise your fur baby will always be in a safe environment and feel cared for. We take this promise seriously.

To ensure the safety of your pup, our pup, and the other pups in the neighborhood: ALL FOUR LEGGED GUESTS MUST BE POTTY/HOUSE TRAINED UPDATED ON RABIES, BORDETELLA NO HISTORY OF BITING (play nibbles are okay) Please let us know their temperament with other animals/people/children, any aggressive/possessive tendencies (toys, leash, water, food), fears, allergies (ALL ALLERGIES IF MULTIPLE), medical conditions..basically all their quirks. Let us know!
A typical day
We always joke that we want to be like Chapman in our next life, because he has quite a good life out here! We have a large (unfenced) yard, two fenced dog parks in our community, large fenced in dog park in downtown Fuquay, dog friendly lakes all around, nature trails, etc. Our housing development and the sidewalks surrounding the area are wonderful for walks with all friendly dogs in our neighborhood.

Availability
We all love our routines! We are all awake by 5am usually, early birds! (life as coaches) Most mornings include pets and hugs first thing, followed by a walk, light play, breakfast, and fresh water. Afternoon and evening itinerary includes a walk, play time, belly rubs, treats (home made nutritous treats!) We are both home/available on weekends as well!
