Pet care experience
I worked as a vet tech for 8 years while studying Pre-veterinary medicine at the University of Vermont (and after for a bit). I’ve also worked as a dog handler and dog trainer for a doggy daycare. I have personal experience growing up and taking care of Newfoundlands & Cockapoos.

Samantha was wonderful with Sweetie. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would. She was always on time, respectful of our home, and time and made Sweetie feel loved the entire time. We always received a notice when Samantha arrived and pictures upon departure with notes. The entire experience could not have gone better and it has everything to do with Samantha. My wife and I were never uncomfortable not even for a second. We fully relaxed knowing Sweetuie was well taken care of and if anything came up we knew it would be handled in an intelligent and expedient way. Samantha thank you so much! Samantha is a very caring individual. She loves animals big and small and has extensive experience with both. She graduated with an animal science degree from the Univ of VT. She has years experience working with a veterinarian as well as a dog daycare. She has personally boarded my dog during a 6 week home renovation and did an outstanding job!!! She is a mature .. responsible woman that I also entrusted as an employee for my business.She is trustworthy and I am comfortable with her caring for my pet .. my home and my business.

Let me know if your pup has any special needs, daily medication I need to administer, or special diet I should adhere to. This can be discussed during our initial meet & greet. Other important things to know are how they behave on walks and whether or not they like other animals.
A typical day
We’ll, first things first, I’d take your dog out to do their business and they can check out all the new scents on a nice walk around the neighborhood. Our walk would be followed by some playing and pets and of course treats!

Availability
I currently have a full time job M-F but I will be available for dog walking or sitting most weekends! I have my own reliable vehicle so transportation is not an issue.
