Pet care experience
I worked at a dog daycare and boarding facility throughout college giving me tons of hands on experience with any and every type of dog. I watched over groups of dogs in the play yard, administered medication to any that needed it, observed when a dog may need a break from over exertion, clipped nails, and gave baths. I am intuitive with your pets needs, observant in their interaction with other animals (if applicable), and also able to clip nails/bathe them if needed/wanted. I have also had pet dogs my whole life. I love all dogs, all types, all ages and I am full of energy and ready to play with your pet to make their day better. I have managed an aggressive dog in my past as well, so I feel confident and capable or caring for a variety of dogs and their needs.

Samantha stayed at our home for a week during the holidays while we were out of the country. She was amazing. We have three dogs, one of which is large, rescue with some special behavioral issues. She took the best care and it was a great comfort to the entire family. She communicated extremely well and shared videos and pictures all along. A big bonus was that I came home to a perfectly clean home and she even laundered the bed linens (which I had not even requested!). We now have our go-to dog sitter and would highly recommend her for everyone.
Samantha has been a huge asset to our family! She has cared for our 3 dogs and 2 cats on numerous occasions over the years and they ALL absolutely adore her:) Nothing is better than knowing your fur babies are in the hands of someone who will care for them as good as you! She goes above and beyond and we highly recommend her!

I would like to know if they have a history of aggression and if so, with dogs/people/both. I would like to know their energy level and training level so I can adjust their stay to what they need. I would also need to know if they have any sort of triggers or stimulation that they need kept away from them (some dogs are food aggressive, protective of bones or toys, can only get along with one dog at a time, etc).
A typical day
We can go on tons of walks/runs! On leash or off leash, depending on your preference and behavior of your dog! There are trails in the woods of my house, open fields to run around in, and a creek to play in (if your dog enjoys the water). I have dogs toys and dog beds as well, so they will always be comfortable indoors with me. We can use toys and treats to practice tricks and training, if that is of interest to you as well.
