Hi everyone, my name is Sam! I’m a recent Fordham University graduate living in the East Village, where I was born and raised. I got my first dog (and best friend), Spike, when I was only three years old for Christmas. I trained him, brought him to doggy parks, and played with him so much that my family called him my brother! When he was diagnosed with diabetes, though, I learned how to deal with a sick pet. When he passed, I ended up working as a dog walker for six years at another service because my love for pets is indescribable! I have so much free time, though, and wanted to spend more of it with pets. So, I'm here on Rover to do exactly that! Hope I can met your pet and hopefully make them my best friend, just like Spike was to me :)
