Pet care experience
I’ve taken care of dogs since I was a little kid, had family dogs throughout the years, and grew up volunteering at the local animal shelter walking dogs and taking care of the cats. I have trained dogs, and I am an experienced dog owner and dog walker. I currently have my own 35-pound Brittany spaniel/Siberian husky mix I rescued from the Southampton Animal Shelter, named Josephine or Jojo and she gets along with all dogs. She’s very high energy and playful, needs a lot of exercise but can also be very chill, she can play with small and big dogs alike. My sister Laura also helps out and can take care of dogs she’s equally as experienced as me and helps me take care of Jojo when I’m at work (my office is a 10-minute walk away).

Needed a last second walker for my dog and Samantha stepped in and was awesome!
Samantha is THE BEST!!! My dog Walter is VERY particular (he’s a rescue and can tell when someone is a true dog lover or not). He immediately showered her with kisses and trusted her upon our arrival. Sam went above and beyond by sending me videos of their trips to the dog park and long walks - he got tons of exercise and I could tell because he was so content (and pooped!) when we came to pick him up. Her space is beautiful and I knew at the meet and greet that he would feel comfy there: tons of toys and dog beds. Her dog Jojo was a hit with him too. She is a sweet, non-aggressive, social butterfly and I think by the end Walter found a girlfriend ;) We were so grateful to Samantha for taking our last minute request and having excellent communication too. When our flight was delayed, she was so adaptable and flexible too when we were an hour late to pick him up. I would recommend Samantha and her pup Jojo any day for your dog’s care while you’re away. Thank you, Samantha!!!! We will be booking with you again in the future for sure!
Samantha has taken really good care of our dog. She has given her very good walks and has been very communicative at all times. We will definitely go to her in the future.

I have one very friendly dog, most extroverted dog ever, to keep your fur baby company. I have an apartment in a building with lots, a dog run a 3 minute walk away at the south street seaport I take my dog Jojo to every day. Apartment is dog proof.. I can easily crate your dog if you supply the crate.

A typical day
I love to stimulate your dogs physically and mentally. We will check out all the new smells in my neighborhood, play games, and explore the dog run and the south street seaport and a big park near my house.

Availability
I have a dog currently so I already walk her at least three times a day and exercise her at the dog run, feed her twice daily. My office is a 10 minute walk from my apartment and my sister is often over to take care of the dogs too, she’s been taking care of them since she was a little kid too. We are lifelong dog lovers and have lots of experience training and caretaking.
