Pet care experience
I have grown up with medium/large dogs 40-80lbs my whole life. I currently own two dogs - Gunther & Chandler, both of which were rescued. I’ve dealt with anxious dogs as my older one is not good out in public with strangers and my younger one had a bit of separation anxiety when I got him.

I always ask about any behavioral issues - my younger dog will get into anything he sees so I have to be careful about what is left out. Certain things like counter surfing, destroying and ingesting toys, etc. I also want to understand their reactivity to strangers. I know it can take a while for them to adjust to a new sitter and want to ensure we all stay safe.
A typical day
Depending on your dogs preferences, I can play with them inside or outside. I like to read so I’m always a fan of a pup that likes to snuggle up and lounge around.

Availability
I work remote and create my own schedule so I have a lot of flexibility to accommodate pet sitting. I have two dogs at home but a roommate who can help take care of them when I am sitting.
