Hi, I have been passionate about animals my whole life and decided to turn that passion into a career. I recently graduated from a veterinary technician program and have worked as a veterinary assistant. Growing up I had dogs, a cat, and various other small animals such as mice, guinea pigs, hamsters, and fish. My sisters and I used to go to my grandparents house every summer and we would volunteer at the local animal shelter. We would get to take a few dogs all day to go on hikes and play with them. It was by far my favorite part of summer and something I looked forward to all year. I am currently the proud pet mom of a 5 year old terrier mix, Caliber, as well as 7 other pets including different species of reptiles and amphibians. I love being outdoors and staying active so one of my favorite things to do is take my dog for walks on the bike path or at forest preserves near my house. I understand the uneasiness that can come with trusting someone else with your dog but I will to do whatever it takes to make sure that both you and your dog are 100% comfortable.
