I started in this industry as a Groomer, where I realized all different things about the life of our furry family members. The needs, wants and care of these animals need to be fulfilled in order for them to flourish and I am here to help all you animal parent’s provide lavish life styles for those that unconditionally love us. The Boujie Boiz Club is currently an exclusive Day-club where your dog gets picked up for a fun filled day to make friends, play outside, go on adventures (public exposure training and interaction), basic obedience training, then finished off with a bath or groom not only does that help you maintain your dogs coat but you will never have a dirty dog brought home at drop off! OVERNIGHT BOARDING SERVICE UNAVAILABLE AT THIS TIME! A for house stays I do require a kennel. Please bring anything you believe makes their days better! I do have bowls for feedings but I do ask that if a feeding is happening in my care you bring the food that you feed your furry friend since brands are so different we don’t need any upset tummies! In a perfect world animals would listen and never misbehave, but since that isn’t the case we have to plan ahead just incase any situations were to arise. ESCAPE PREVENTION: To prevent any issues when on a walk I will check collars and leashes before the walk. I will plan the best route for the dog. I will keep controlable length on the the leashes. When it comes to bolting out of doors I take the precautions for the dogs I have in the house. Set up gates for runners and make sure doors are always closed. All dogs love to play outside and the dog park right?! Well that’s why I find it important to make sure there are no holes in the fences and I am paying attention to what they are up to while they are outside. INTRODUCTIONS: There are two most common situations where I will have to introduce two or more animals to each other. Which would be introducing dogs to my own dog and introducing a new clients dog to another clients. To introduce them I would have the new dogs meet outside on leashes just sniffing distance. Loosen the leashes as they get more comfortable. This is where the understanding of dogs body language is very important. These introductions I would prefer to have happen in a public place or a controlled environment. I will look for all signs of aggression hair standing up, growling, and each of the dogs body language. If either of the animals were to start showing signs of agression I would remove the dog most comfortable from the situation and let the other dog become more comfortable with where they are. FEEDING: Even the best behaved dogs can be food aggressive. With that in mind;Depending on the animals I will put each bowl in a different room, kennel or corner. ANXIETY: During a stay, Rover dog begins displaying some anxiety in the form of accidents and destructive behavior. To avoid these situations or calm them down I will keep the animal happy and playing. Or slow everything down go for a walk.
