My name is Sam, I am a freelance musician new to Brooklyn, and I am a proud dog person! Whether it is pet-sitting while you go on vacation or taking your dog on an afternoon walk, I'd love to get to know your beloved pets and will make sure they are happy, healthy, and cared for! I've had dogs my whole life, I have several years of experience pet sitting, and I am a dog-owner myself, so my pup Bumi and I are so excited to make friends with your pup! I've taken care of all shapes, sizes, and species, from toy breeds to big dogs, and can handle whatever needs your 'man's best friend' requires. I also have experience caring for a wide variety of other animals (cats, snakes, fish, turtles, and more).

We were out of town for a week and needed someone to house sit with our older dog and our new puppy, who is quite a handful! Samantha was proactive in coming to meet us and the dogs. She was thoughtful and thorough and did a terrific job! We would definitely use her again!

Well first, I ALWAYS want to meet you and your pup beforehand! Getting to know you and your pet in an environment in which they're comfortable is so important. Additionally, I want to know a dog's daily routine, any specific loves, fears, or quirks they have, how much attention and exercise they need, how much alone time they're accustomed to, and whether they get along with new people and pets.
A typical day
We take lots of walks, have lots of playtime, and we love exploring new parks! My dog and I live right by Highland Park and we love to stroll around the reservoir on a nice day. I guarantee I'll give your dog all the cuddles and enrichment it needs!
