My whole family love dogs so I was constantly surrounded by them at a young age. I started taking care of my own dog at the age of 10 and eventually we moved into our own home, where he lived for a year before passing away in 2021. I don't have any pets of my own due to the grief I still feel for my late Benji but, to fill the void in my home, I decided to start looking after other people's dogs.
Reviews
Sam looked after our golden retriever and Yorkshire terrier for a week. We went to meet Sam at her home first and then they had a trial weekend stay. Both dogs pulled to get in the house and were excited to go back, so we were very relieved! Sam sent regular updates and pictures and really got to know both dogs and their quirks. Our golden can be quite shy around strangers, but she took to Sam straight away so we didn't worry at all while we were away. I'd definitely recommend Sam ?
Luna stayed with Samantha for two weeks and could not recommend her enough, lots of pictures and updates throughout her stay . Will definitely use her in the future.thankyou

I have a tall fence surrounding my back garden and 2 locked gates, so there is no worry of escape. I would like to be with the dog at all times to ensure their safety. I can administer medications and apply ointments. I could even take them to any vet appointments you have booked for them. I love to take pictures and will send them everyday with an update on how they're doing.

I do need to know of any allergies they may have and whether their vaccinations are up to date or not. I also would like to know if the dog has any history of aggression with humans or dogs.
A typical day
I have many places we can go for walks. Coronation Park is right around the corner as well as Greasby Meadows, which leads down to Arrowe Park. Royden Park is also just a 5 minute drive away. I've set up a summer area in my garden consisting of a paddling pool, cooling mat and parasol to ensure they get plenty of exercise whilst remaining cool.

I am currently working part-time, only a few hours a day so I have plenty of time to care for dogs and take them on walks.
